Subscriptions or retainer services are billed automatically unless canceled in writing.
Project-based work may require upfront deposits or milestone payments.
Late payments may result in paused services or added fees.
We reserve the right to change pricing or service availability at any time with notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide necessary access, logins, content, and approvals in a timely manner
Review and approve deliverables within agreed-upon timelines
Not use our services for any illegal, abusive, or unethical activity
Failure to comply may result in service delays, suspension, or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom work created by Skylift Web for you is considered “work for hire” and becomes your property once paid in full.
However:
We retain the right to display anonymized or non-confidential versions in our portfolio.
You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary systems or templates without permission.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed services, digital products, or monthly retainers. If you wish to cancel an active service, you must do so in writing 7 days prior to your next billing cycle. For project-based work, deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
8. Messaging & Communications
By submitting your information on our site, you consent to receive emails, SMS messages, and phone calls from Skylift Web LLC related to your account, services, promotions, and updates.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS or clicking Unsubscribe in emails.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
