Terms of Service

1. Service overview
Skylift Web ("Skylift," "we," "us") provides done-for-you website design, development, hosting, monthly edits, and Google review automation for small businesses under a recurring monthly subscription ("the Service"). By subscribing you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription and billing
The Service is billed monthly according to your selected plan — Starter ($97/mo), Growth ($297/mo), or Market Leader ($697/mo). There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Your billing cycle starts on the day your site launches. Payments are processed automatically via the payment method on file.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain your copy, photos, and domain. The hosted site is taken down at the end of the paid period.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
You own your domain, content, photos, and any accounts created during the project. Skylift retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during the build phase, and ensuring any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Limitation of liability
Skylift's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
