SKYLIFT/WEBSITE ACCESS
What we need

If you have an existing website, we need backend access to audit your current content, export assets (photos, copy, SEO settings), and plan the migration. We don't need your personal login — most platforms let you add a collaborator or team member.

Find your platform below and follow the steps. If yours isn't listed, email [email protected].

1

Log in to your WordPress admin panel (usually yourdomain.com/wp-admin).

2

Go to Users > Add New User.

3

Enter the email: [email protected]

4

Set the role to "Administrator."

5

Click "Add New User." We'll receive an email to set up our access.

6

If your site uses a security plugin (Wordfence, iThemes, etc.), make sure our IP isn't blocked. Email us if you need help with this.

Note: If your WordPress site is hosted on WP Engine, Flywheel, or Kinsta, you may also need to add us as a user in the hosting dashboard. We'll let you know if that's the case.
1

Log in to your WordPress.com account.

2

Go to your site dashboard and click "Users" in the left sidebar.

3

Click "Invite New Users."

4

Enter the email: [email protected]

5

Set the role to "Administrator."

6

Click "Send Invitation." We'll accept within a few hours.

Note: WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress are different platforms. If you're not sure which you have, check your login URL — wordpress.com means hosted, yourdomain.com/wp-admin means self-hosted.
1

Log in to your Squarespace account.

2

Go to Settings > Permissions.

3

Click "Invite Contributor."

4

Enter the email: [email protected]

5

Set the permissions to "Administrator."

6

Click "Send Invite." We'll accept and let you know we're in.

Note: Squarespace administrator access lets us see everything except your billing details. You can revoke access anytime from the same Permissions page.
1

Click "Invite People."

5

Enter the email: [email protected]

6

Assign the role "Admin" or "Back Office Manager."

7

Click "Invite." We'll accept within a few hours.

Note: Wix sites can't be exported in a standard format, but we can use admin access to pull your content, images, and page structure for the migration.
1

Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

2

Go to Settings > Users and permissions.

1

Email us at [email protected] with your platform name (e.g., Webflow, Weebly, GoDaddy Website Builder, Duda).

2

We'll send you the exact steps for your specific platform, or hop on a quick screenshare.
